Shipping policy

Spin & Sell (operated by BJSD Solutions, LLC dba Spin and Sell) ships orders placed on spinandsell.com. Items purchased on eBay follow eBay’s shipping terms and the shipping details on each eBay listing.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States unless a product page states otherwise.

Some products (including items fulfilled by our suppliers through Shopify Collective) may have different ship-to restrictions. Those limits are shown at checkout when they apply.

Processing times

Items we fulfill ourselves (owned inventory): We typically process and hand off to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment clears (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Supplier-fulfilled items (Shopify Collective / dropship): These ship from our supplier’s warehouse. Processing is often about 2–5 business days, depending on the supplier. Estimated timing may appear on the product page or at checkout.
Mixed carts: If your order includes both our inventory and supplier-fulfilled items, packages may ship separately and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping rates and methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and the items in your cart.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Promotion terms (for example, a minimum order amount) will be shown at checkout or in site messaging when active.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we send it to the email address on your order. Tracking for supplier-fulfilled items may appear after the supplier marks the order as shipped.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout or by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or supplier inventory issues.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we may charge a reshipping fee or issue a refund minus outbound shipping, at our discretion.

International shipping

International shipping is not generally available unless a specific product or promotion states otherwise. If we expand shipping countries later, rates and duties will be shown at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

eBay orders

Orders placed on our eBay store are shipped according to the shipping options and handling times listed on each eBay item. For eBay shipping questions, contact us through eBay messages or at support@spinandsell.com.
